Celia writes both Christian and secular songs. She writes many of the songs that she records. Celia regularly performs at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, the premier songwriters venue in Nashville. She has released three books, each containing a cd of original music. Celia has co-written an anthem for choir with Ken Medema, here is more information and a sample. Several of her songs appear on recordings released by Oregon Catholic Press and other sing-a-long projects. Celia writes a variety of theme songs for events where she sings.

Celia has taught a number of songwriting workshops at different events in Nashville and across the country.
